Great. Sue is patient and encouraging. I look forward to my 2nd lesson. Great way to exercise. I am sure I will ache tomorrow,
but right now I feel good. Very different concept of how to walk but a good all over workout. I will be back.

I joined Sue’s Nordic Walking group over two years ago, wanting to exercise in the fresh air and participate in a group activity. Initially I was a fine weather walker, but now walk in all weather conditions. Her walks meet all of my requirements, they are a very enjoyable part of my week.
Nordic Walking is a lovely way to exercise and enjoy the countryside at the same time, with the added bonus of socialising with the other like minded members of the group.
Sue’s walks are well researched, varied and interesting, starting and finishing with warm up and down exercises. Sue is to be recommended, she is a naturally friendly and caring instructor, putting everyone at ease, she is very aware of different fitness requirements, which fit well with each walk and other walkers. Long may they continue.
